Refund policy


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!  If you have questions, concerns or comments, please contact us at hello@gearhead-kids.com

  • To request a return, please e-mail us at hello@gearhead-kids.com within 7 days of delivery (date is determined by tracking). Please provide your contact information as well as original order numbers.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition they were received (folded, neatly packaged, original tags attached, unwashed, and unworn condition) – within 14 days of delivery (date is determined by USPS tracking).
    • Shipping fees associated with the original order will not be refunded.
    • BUYER is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
    • Once the items are received, inspected, and meet the criteria outlined above – a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    • There will be a 10% restocking fee for items not returned in the same condition as they were received (neatly folded and in original packaging).
  • If items are found to be used or worn at time of receipt, eligibility for refund will be denied and the customer may be required to pay for return shipping.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

  • We do not offer returns on any international orders at this time.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not process exchanges.
  • The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired product, is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as needed.
