Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders will ship within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • If you need an order shipped sooner, please e-mail us at hello@gearhead-kids.com

  • Orders will ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number once the order has shipped.

  • Delivery times of our products will vary depending on your location and designated shipping method.

Incorrect Address | Returned Mail

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. GEARHEAD KIDS, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.  Packages returned to us may be re-shipped at the customer’s expenses. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received”, are the customer’s responsibility to locate with the shipping provider. 

  • GEARHEAD KIDS, LLC is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages.

Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered, but “not received”, are the customer’s responsibility to locate with the shipping provider. GEARHEAD KIDS, LLC is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages. Once the package leaves our hands, it is the property of the third-party shipper, and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact the shipping company to escalate an investigation on your behalf.

  • GEARHEAD KIDS, LLC is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to locate the lost package.

International Shipping

We can ship to any international address that our shipping partners will authorize.

  • We will declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. If customs/duty charges occur, customers will be 100% responsible for associated fees. GEARHEAD KIDS, LLC is not responsible for customs/duty charges. Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery.

  • All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside of the US, you will be charged the USD equivalent of the total price plus shipping in your local currency – subject to daily exchange rates.

  • For all international orders, if your package is unclaimed, refused, or returned to us, you will be refunded for the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

  • International shipments may take up to 3 months to be delivered.
